2. What are your hours?
Internet is a wonderful medium. You can buy products online 24/7. However, we are only able to provide you answers regarding our merchandise between 9 am to 6 pm Pacific time. 3. I want to return the merchandise I purchased from you, what should I do?
In order to return any merchandise, you need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please contact us via the phone or email so we can supply you with one
4. How secure is my transaction on the net?
Our website uses 128 bit SSL encryption to maximize your security. There are several level of SSL encryptin such as 40 bit, 56 bit and 128 bits. 128 bit SSL encryption is the highest level of protection on the internet. 128 bit SSL Encryption can calculate 288 times as many combinations as 40-bit encryption. 5. What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We also accept Paypal. If you want to use other credit cards such as Discover Card, we suggest you use Paypal as Paypal enables you to use several methods of payment. In addition we have recently added Google Checkout. Google Checkout is another way of paying for your order very similar to PayPal
6. Do you charge Sales Tax?
We only charge sales tax to orders where the billing address is in the state of California. If your billing address is outside CA, you will not be charged a sales tax even if the shipping address is in CA. The Sales tax rate is 9.25%
7. Are the merchandise available?
We strive to fulfil all orders and ship them within 48 hours.
However, sometimes some products are back-ordered due to circumstances beyond our control
(i.e. Stock shortage, high season, manufacturer problems, etc) In these situations,
we try to inform our customers as soon as possible.
Please be advised that the furniture production lifecycle is long and in some cases,
if the item is back-ordered it may take 6-8 weeks for delivery.

8. What is your price guarantee?

9. How fast do you ship the Name Trains?
Name Trains are guaranteed to be in stock and we ship them within 24 hours of your order. It usually takes 3-4 business days for USPS to deliver them to most locations in US via Priority Mail, First Class takes longer. However, this timeframe is significantly higher during the holiday season.
10. Why should I buy from you?
